Overview

The Department of Justice completed a comprehensive review of the Access to Information and Protection of Privacy Act to address issues identified by the Government of the Northwest Territories, the Information and Privacy Commissioner and other stakeholders.

In 2016, we asked stakeholders, including members of the public, to provide their views and feedback on these issues, as well as any additional issues they would like to identify or any comments they would like to make.
