This is the fifth Francophone Community Satisfaction survey and is one of the ways that the GNWT collects feedback.

The Government of the Northwest Territories (GNWT) is committed to offering and delivering quality French language communications and services to the public. Every two years, the GNWT seeks feedback from the Francophone community to assess its capacity to do so.
The Francophone Community Satisfaction Survey 2025-2026 is now open. The survey takes approximately five minutes to complete and will remain open until June 28, 2026, 11:59 p.m. MST.
Participation in the survey is anonymous. All responses will remain confidential, and no direct quotes will be used. A summary of results will be made public and will help guide future GNWT French language communications and services.
The survey focuses on communications and services offered by the Government of the Northwest Territories. It does not include matters related to schools and French language education.
