Introduction
The Government of Northwest Territories (GNWT) is reviewing the Access to Information and Protection of Privacy Act (ATIPP Act), as well as the Access and Privacy Office (APO) which processes access to information requests under the ATIPP Act on behalf of all Northwest Territories (NWT) government departments. As part of the review, a public survey is being conducted. PRA Inc., an independent research firm, has been hired by the GNWT’s Department of Justice to help with this review.

Your participation in this survey is completely voluntary. PRA privacy policy complies with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Document Act (PIPEDA) and the Privacy Act, and this review falls under the GNWT’s ATIPP Act. All information collected will be used for review purposes only. This online survey is anonymous.
If you have any questions about the review, please contact Shayla Moran, GNWT Access and Privacy Officer, by email (Shayla_Moran@gov.nt.ca) or phone (867-767-9256 Ext. 82100).
