Next Steps
The Department of Education, Culture and Employment reviewed feedback received on the Income Assistance regulations and published a What We Heard Report. The Income Assistance Regulations and Income Assistance for Seniors and Persons with Disabilities Regulations and associated changes to the Income Assistance programs came into force on July 1, 2024.
