Introduction

The Department of Municipal and Community Affairs previously committed to engaging with those in the real estate industry and the broader public to get a better understanding of how residents and those in the industry feel about how the real estate industry is regulated in the NWT.  Our first step is to identify any existing or emerging issues within the industry. Your feedback on the following questions will help us with this review.  Once we receive your feedback, we can determine the next steps.
