  • Territorial Housing Needs Assessment Survey

    Thank you for your interest in participating in this survey exploring housing needs across the Northwest Territories! By participating, you can win 1 of 6 $100 gift cards to a local grocery store (1 per region). 


    Information collected as part of this survey will help inform the upcoming Territorial Housing Needs Assessment, a report that will help advocate for housing-related funding at the territorial, regional, and community levels in the NWT. Please only complete one survey per household. 


    No identifying information will be collected, unless you choose to enter your name into the draw for a gift card. If you choose to do so, your name will not be connected with your survey responses.  


    This survey will take about 10 to 15 minutes to complete.
