Provide feedback on government websites and their usability.
Have Your Say
Complete the below survey and let us know how we can improve Government of the Northwest Territories (GNWT) websites. This feedback will inform a major project working to improve government websites so that they make more sense to residents.
This survey is the first of two waves of user research that will be used to inform website changes.
Focus Groups
The GNWT is also holding a series of focus groups to inform this project, and is seeking participants to provide feedback on the current website structure and future design options. If you are interested in participating in a focus group, opt in by sharing your name and email address at the end of the survey.
Next Steps
Feedback collected through the survey and focus group sessions will be used to inform the design of an improved GNWT website.
As this is a long term project, many of the broader changes will take time to be implemented and seen.
