  • COVID-19 Lessons Learned Questionnaire

    The Government of the Northwest Territories (GNWT) is reviewing its response to the COVID-19 pandemic. The purpose of the review is to gather information so that we can improve preparedness for future public health emergencies.

    This survey presents a summary of the GNWT’s response to the pandemic. Please reflect on this summary and provide your feedback on the GNWT’s framework, decisions, and actions in response to the pandemic.

    All input will be kept confidential. Your responses will be combined with all other responses and will be summarized in a final report.
